Workshop - A Demonstration of the Desired Solution and Gain Consensus Between the Involved Parties

From idea and decision to a cross functional understanding and consensus where many involved "drives", and could see the solution that was agreed in the Scope before it is implemented. This will ensure organizational readiness when the solution is implemented.

Gain Consensus

New business opportunities could mean different things for different roles within your organization. People within Finance, Sales, Customer support, Production and IT will based on their frame of reference view a suggested solution in different ways and our job is to facilitate so that people gets the same understanding about the final solution at the same time. We are normally showing the future solution, or parts of the solution, on a screen so different roles could understand and adjust before it is time to implement the solution.

How

The Workshop normally takes two too three weeks, whereof one week with the customer's organization. The Workshop is a way to keep Executives, Key employees, process specialists and IT involved and to share know-how within the organization. It is also a way to show what the end solution could look like for end users, including customers and business partners.
